Archon didn't expect an otter to just randomly enter the shop. It was very rare that a casual customer entered the store and he had to suppress his immediate reactions to not show this. He smiled and nodded to Loreil politely, not wanting to give the wrong impression. "May I help you?"

Yes, **she replied,** it's probably not common that someone just walks in here, but I simply heard that this was the best wepon shop at the fort and had to take a look.

"Well... Go ahead, look," Archon grinned, gesturing to the weapons arrayed all over the room. They'd racked up quite the collection over the months the store had been open. "I take it you're not from around here? Haven't seen you..."

"Nice to meet you." Archon leaned over the counter to give Loreil his own paw, which he used to offer a brief shake. He didn't like the idea of having to explain all of the place's weapons to someone... Again. Nobody seemed to know about their works, despite the store's fame. "Well, look around... Ask as much as you want. I'm willing to answer."

I was wondering what your beast weapon was, the most powerfull in other words, and it also needs to be light and if possible water proof,** she asked.**

"Most powerful, light, waterproof," Archon repeated slowly. That ruled out the repeater rifle and left just the pump-action bolt repeater. He pointed to the corresponding weapon that was resting on two pegs drilled into the left wall. "That's a bolt repeater. It's about as good as it gets without being issued through the military."

How much?**She asked hopping it wasn't to expensive.**

Archon smirked. "Complete with ammunition, cleaning kit and spare magazines... Four coins." This was a reasonable price for such a weapon, but high as they went. At least ammunition was inexpensive; aluminum seemed to be in ample supply down south.

Deal,** she said and handed him four coins.**

Archon placed the coins in something behind the counter and promptly disappeared through an open doorway into the back room. He returned carrying a wooden box with a matching handle held in place with a pair of brass pins. Unlatching the buckles that were made of the same metal and opening the box, he revealed a bolt repeater complete with wooden stock and maintenance kit. "Does this work for you?"

Yes thank you. **She went to leave, but almost as an after thought asked,** do you sell small knives?

"I don't think there's any weapon we don't sell, at this point," Archon smiled, gesturing to a shelf full of palm daggers. Unlike most of the weapons there, they were all identical. "See those? They don't even have handles. That's how small they are."
