OOC: The water around here is saltwater, not fit to drink (ocean water), and that would all be packed in crates. Also doesn't explain how it's warm. That was a bit random...

OOC: Those sank with the capsized ship. I'm just saying they haven't got warm drinks, they just had a boat go down.

OOC: we were transporting food then, not water.

OOC: Not really dead. We have an aftermath of a crisis, and still a lot of supply work to so. Worth RPing.

OOC: Back to the aftermath.
BIC: "Everybody all right? ...Well, relatively?" Even in times of crisis Linx kept his wit about him. Still freezing from the water soaked into his fur and with no method by which to dry off, he picked up Archon in his arms and held him in a tight, close embrace. This wasn't just out of affection, though--- With hypothermia so dangerously close to Archon, who hadn't even kept his circulation going while in the water due to being knocked out, the mouse needed all the heat he could get, right away, body heat included.

Linx turned to Thaddius, leaving the cloak on Archon. "The side of the hull hit him when the ship capsized, I think he's got a concussion. His heart rate didn't go up like mine did when I started swimming so his circulation isn't keeping him nearly as... C'mon, I am not ending up with lethal hypothermia." He looked down at Archon, still in one of his arms. The wound on the side of his head wasn't looking any better and he hadn't regained consciousness yet. It resulted in his not shivering, at all. "We have to warm him up, this cloak won't do much anything with his fur saturated in ice-cold water..."
The rather shocked mouse did his best to keep calm and assess the problem, which he could do well enough. He looked around the general area to see if there was anything at all that could be made into a fire--- Anything flammable, from a piece of dry wood to a bottle of liquor. However, being extremely close to the shore, there wasn't anything but sand and dirt for a serious distance. "OK, fire's out of the picture. His own body heat won't be helping much..." No options came to him when he scanned his mind for them. Linx would be willing to do anything it took regardless of how difficult or even degrading it might be, but he was just unable to think of a solution.
