just for the record, I think this is probably the neatest Redwall RPG I have ever found, and I've searched around for a while too.

Being relatively new to how everything works, even if I joined in August, I'm not sure how a character is supposed to get any type of currency, or weapons, or any kind of object. Do we just say that we have stuff, or does administration or staff give things to us? Coins are an ambiguity as currency, you don't have exact amounts but you don't have an infinite quantity. You can start with some items and buy some from other players later on, for the development as well as whatever item they're selling.

I think he's saying that you can't say you have an eternal supply of items or coins, but you don't have nothing either.

My RP theory? Vermin warlords love to show off and make coins with their faces on it. Woodlanders value them, but for the material they're made of, not because they care about the Lord High Grand Pure Weasel the Scourge of Sampetra or anything like that. The coins often get reforged into more useful items.

I design a plausible theory for a rodent economy, thereby making ppossible the existence of a marketplace in a society that's practically socialist... and you run off for dinner. *sighs* Typical Americans.
