The first thing that occurred to Linx as he walked in was that this place was pretty expansive. It was clear that seasons upon seasons of work had gone into the building as well as its contents, which were extremely diverse even for a general store. All the mouse needed was a B.B. pen, but all the other offers in the room seemed to be screaming at him to buy them. Very lucrative offers, yep... After some browsing and failing to actually find the product he wanted, Linx walked over to the- Ellich! "Hey, Ellich. Where are the B.B. pens?"

"Oh hey Linx!" Ellich was very amazed that Linx went in his store, he never did before. "Follow me." Ellich showed Linx to the Writing section of the store. "Right here." Ellich pointed to the pens.

"Cool..." All steel, very nice-looking... Linx could see the B.B. tips clearly, darker than the rest of the metal due to its being coated in ink from the test drawing. That meant that they came with the cartridges. "How much for these?"

"Eh you can have it for free. Here take it, its the least I could do from before." Ellich held out the pen to him. "Here you can have some ink too." Ellich grabbed a black ink cartridge that was sitting next to the pens.

"Yeah thats what I try to do. Speaking of which, why dont you stay and have some lunch?" I have some tropical fruit salad and some leftover deeperenever pie. Its the mole's favorite. I learned how to make it a couple of years back. You want some?" Ellich hoped Linx would say yes, no matter what he did it felt like he could never repay his dbt to Linx.

Linx probably would have made a polite decline right then, but he decided to stay around. Ellich was probably just trying to make up for the whole saving-his-life thing. "Uh, sure. Where is it?"

Ellich was relieved he said yes. "Its in the back room follow me." Once making it to the back room Ellich pointed to a table with 3 chairs. "You can sit there. Let me just get the food. Oh, and dont touch the inventions if you don't mind." All of the weapons where scattered around on the tables half of which not completed. "Ellich returned moments later with 2 plates of food. "Here you go." Ellich handed one of the plates to Linx before sitting down and starting to eat himself.

Linx seated himself and looked around. It appeared that Ellich was into inventions himself, and seemed to have quite a few exotic-looking implements of destruction sitting around. None seemed too complex, more simply... Offbeat. His thoughts about the inventions were interrupted, though, by a delicious-looking fruit salad being set before him. The mouse neglected to mention that some of these were from temperate, not tropical, plants, mainly because of how insulting it might be. "Looks good... Any silverware around here?" It appeared that Ellich had some..

"Oh im sorry here you go." Ellich handed Linx a fork and a knife. "Speaking of which, look at this." Ellich got up and scrambled in a draw neer the table. "Ahh here it is. Its an invention ive made, a spoon and a fork combined. I dont really know why I made it." Here take a look." Ellich handed the device to Linx hoping it would impress him.

Linx examined it for a moment, then looked at Ellich. "Not bad..." Why would I want this? I could just have a fork, and a spoon. Best to be nice, though... He didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings. After accepting the knife and fork, Linx started eating... Fresh fruit. Nice.

"So you make weapons as inventions write." Ellich was talking in between bites. "I could tell that thing you had back at the Field was yours."
