I don't think he would be elected for abbot at seven years old haha!
The creatures here age like humans, and a season is a year.
Also i don't think it's wrong if you want to use the axe. Usually, however, monks would only use bludgeoning weapons and refrained from anything bladed. So they would use mace or hammer or even a club as far as big weapons. Again not saying its wrong just letting you know
