Time to relax, for once, genuinely... Linx was all snug with a glass of that pink, fizzy drink he could never remember the name of in his paw, and Archon sitting at his side. It seemed that a lot of the time he was relaxing, and that his life was full of leisure. But, looking back, Linx found that this was just because it was the interesting moments in life that he took the time to remember, and his work hours blended together into a nondescript gray blob he'd rather not take the time to notice. The mouse gestured to his mate with the paw holding his drink. "So, uh... Don't you want some of this stuff?"
Archon, who had been intently staring at the shadows the swishing branches outside on one of the tables, the sunlight to provide for this being taken in through the window, glanced over at Linx, then his drink. Oh, that. I drink that stuff way too much, I can't believe I'm not grossly fat now... "Uh, it's OK. I've had enough," Archon replied, gesturing to the several empty glasses already sitting on the table. Their contents had disappeared into his mouth some time before and were now being stripped of all useful materials in his digestive tract. "I'd just like to be here."
As Linx felt Archon lean against him in a half-hug, his ears perked up as he detected someone approaching from behind him and to the right.

Hey **All Sinthin had seen through the tavern window was Archon, so he naturally went in. Seeing LInx he slowed down. But then decided to keep going. He sat down next to Archon and hearing Linx's last sentance he said.** I'll take one, **he flipped a coin to Linx and waited**

Linx looked down at the coin sitting a few inches away from the edge of the table in front of him, then up at Sinthin. "Uh... You want me to buy you a drink with your money? Wouldn't it be more convenient to either buy it yourself or ask me to get you one out of my own pocket?" Sinthin's logic here failed him... Or was it a lack thereof? Perhaps the otter just wanted to flip a coin at him.
"Hey, Sinthin!" Archon's reaction was different by far. He immediately bounded out of his seat to greet the otter with a genial peck to his nose. "I wondered if you'd show up," he continued warmly. "I was just here with Linx, doing the polygamy thing, you know, usual, great you're here."
Oh, look, Archon's involved with someone else. ...Again. Cool for him, I guess. I really need to get someone else sometime, just because I can... Linx's words weren't nearly as stupid-sounding as his ideas, thankfully enough. Mainly because he said nothing right then, just watched impassively. He certainly didn't expect this but it wasn't about to faze him. Archon could get involved with a sparrow and it wouldn't faze him. Maybe a monitor lizard might, though...

**SInthin watched Linx look up and then down, he said to him** I don't know what they are called **He shrugged and then felt Archon kiss him on the nose. He chuckled and then said** Polygamy?

"Having one or more spouse at a time, that's polygamy, but I guess you have to take it loosely in my case since I'm not about to marry anyone..." Archon returned to Sinthin's original question and glanced down at Linx's now-depleted glass, just a bit of the contents left at the bottom. "That? They call it the pirate seafoam. Basically a strawberry fizz with a few other things in it to make it more fluffy and colorful in flavor." Unlike Linx, Archon actually remembered things like the names of drinks. Maybe it was his not having to spend most of his thoughts on inventing weaponry all the time. "Then again, I can tell you something about flavor," Archon muttered before giving Sinthin another kiss, this one more prolonged and about an inch lower on his face.
Linx continued to watch with no body language or facial expressions to speak of. Best to just let them do whatever, it wasn't his relationship to govern. He returned his attention to the drink in front of him, draining the last of it in one delicious gulp then realizing he had no more. Maybe he could just try and get that name down. Pirate seafoam... Creative name, I guess. Now, just commit that to memory. Pirate seafoam. Pirate seafoam. Pirate seafoam... This name is starting to sound stupid.

Heh **He was surprised at ARchon's open show of affection, though he still kissed back. He then picked up the coin and called over the cook. He gave him the coin and ordered a "Pirate Seafoam". When it came he picked it up and tasted it. It was a rich strawberry taste. The foam was still on it from when it was put into the glass. **

Archon waited for Sinthin to return, placing a paw on the edge of the table and leaning on it as he stood idly until the otter came back with a glass of pirate seafoam in his paw. "Hey, you got one, cool... I like those a lot, but to be honest, there are some other flavors I like a lot more," he ended suggestively while making a provocative visual scan of Sinthin's body. Excellent as always. He was easily used to public displays of affection through a thorough exploration of the matter with Linx, although what he did around other beasts tended not to be too intense, for decency's sake.
"You two. You gonna come over here? I'm waiting for something to happen..." Linx stared at the ceiling through tired eyes. Nothing to do when his glass was empty and Archon was off kissing this young, attractive otter Linx hadn't seen that often before... Emphasis on the young. This guy looked like he was fresh out of some academy, ready– or possibly not ready– to experience the world. At least he got to experience it with Archon.
