Cressida quickly dodged to her left. She used the end of her sword to block any part of Aldar's sword that might have gotten too close to her when she moved out of the way. She then swung at his rib cage.

That was a close one. He leaned back at a ninety-degree angle, which caused him to lose his footing for a moment and fall over. He quickly rolled and got back up again to her right, slashing at her right shoulder with one hand.

Cressida jumped back quickly. A drop of sweat rolled off of her forehead. That was a close one she thought to herself. She then charged Aldar again and took a swing at his left arm.

His thoughts of safety were slowly slipping from him, and the thoughts of a sparring accidents left his mind. He was now having fun with sparring. Seeing Cressida's attack he spun to the left, and used the energy of the spin to slash his sword horizontally at her side.

Cressida ducked below his swing, and at a lower stance, took a swing at Aldar's right leg. A small grin appeared on her face, she wanted to win this spar.

He jumped to the right at Cressida to avoid the slash, and put a paw on her side to shove her over to the left, then landed and charged for a slash down a hair to the right of where her neck was, to show that he had bested her.

Cressida lost her balance for only a second when Aldar shoved her, but regained it in time to block his attack. She held her sword to his and tried to push it away from her.

They stood in a pushing battle, Aldar trying his hardest to push her back, then stopped and ducked, and tried to trip her with his right leg so that he could pin her into submission.

Cressida was caught by surprise when Aldar kicked out his paw to trip her. She fell to the ground, and swung her leg to try and trip Aldar also.

His legs slipped from under him, and actually ended up falling face first right next to her, his sword to the right of him. He was panting, and quickly turned his head to Cressida in order to make a move depending on what she did.

Cressida began to laugh when she looked over at Aldar. She just layed looking up at the sky for a few moments and closed her eyes. The moment was just so perfect. A small smile crept upon her face.

The fight seemed over. He laughed between deep breathes, and rolled to face her, after letting go of his sword. "Tie?" He was surprised how fast they had "made up" after a dispute that was less than a few hours ago.

"Tie." Cressida answered with a small smile. She turned to face Aldar. As she looked into his eyes she noticed the sunshine surrounding his face, she was speechless. Everything was so perfect.

"Alright cool." He shook some of the snow off of his face, and picked up his sword to put it away. After doing so he dropped the hole thing on the ground, to forget it for a little while. Aldar wasn't breathing heavily now, grinned at Cressida, who was still laying on the ground.

Cressida remained laying on the ground for a few moments. She closed her eyes with a large smile remaining on her face. "Hey Aldar? Do you ever think about why we are here? Like what our purpose really is here at Otter's Fort?" Cressida asked with her eyes still shut.
