"Find... What? What are you talking about?" Linx gave Ellich a confused look while locating a distinctive cylindrical copper jar, which he grabbed and unscrewed to reveal a number of identical beige cloth tea bags, all with fiber parchment labels on their strings reading 'P'.

"The lost gold of the badger lords thats what." Ellich said jokingly. He noted that Linx had the tea in a jar, he would have some more often now. "Waters' ready just to let you know."

"OK, pour it into a couple mugs, would you?" Linx carefully lifted two bags from the jar, set them on the counter and put the lid back on. He proceeded to put the jar back in the cupboard and close the door in an oddly caring manner for a beast like him, who tended to treat household objects with apathy and even carelessness. "Just... Yeah, I have the bags here."

"Ellich did as he was told, and poured the water carefully. He then took the bags from Linx and set them in the mugs perfectly. "Ok, all set." He then proceeded to sit in a wooden stool by the counter to wait for the tea. "Soon it will be done."

"Give it a couple minutes to steep there..." Linx stepped back and gave Ellich a provocative kiss on the back of the neck while hugging the squirrel from behind. He didn't want to do anything time-consuming due to the tea being right there, but wanted to set a certain tone. "It'll take a few minutes."

"Yeah." Ellich practically ignored the embrace. "So the storms about cleared, don't you think?" Lightning was still in his head, and he couldn't just give up on the idea of controling lightning itself.

"I dunno. I'm not gonna go check, but it's only been a few minutes and it-" Linx was cut off by a deafening boom of thunder. The one window in the kitchen was illuminated brightly for a split second. "That would be, uh, not dying down. Let's just drink the tea once it's done." The position they were in meant that the mouse had Ellich's tail pressed up against his front and the squirrel's back, sitting between them a bit comically.

"What? Do you like tails that much?" Ellich was anxious for some tea, and stared at it longingly. "Must...have...tea..." he said comicly while laughing a little.

Linx peered over Ellich's shoulder to look at the tea. It was a pale yellow at the time, which showed clearly against the white mugs; it wasn't quite done steeping and was steaming heavily. "Yeah, uh... The tea, it... It's lemon tea, I swear. That is definitely yellow lemon."

"Err wha?" Ellich became suspicious, but didn't show it. Linx was acting weird about the tea. What was so special about it, and why did it have a 'P' on it if it was lemon tea? Usually they would have some indication of the flavor, in this case an L.

"Well, you can't really tell because of these bags. You know... P bags... That sounds kinda funny in this context, actually," Linx pointed out with a smirk. He hadn't actually realized it, but in that situation, it was definitely humorous. "P is for pre-filled. One use only. They need better labeling."

Ellich smiled. "I see." He coudn't keep that feeling that something was wrong, but he tried to ignore it. "I suppose I havent seen lemon tea turn that color before, I guess its not done yet then"

"It's more orange when it's done steeping, give it a bit." Indeed, it was beginning to take on a slightly more amber hue. Linx couldn't help but compare its color to that of bottled skunk spray, which didn't make the idea of drinking it much easier. "It tells you something about how cheap goods are getting. Southern labor is just so inexpensive... That's what overpopulation gets you... You hear about the immigration spike? Builders, for the first time ever, can't cope with demand!" He was rambling but he liked to do that anyway.

"Oh I see. Well at least the tea is done now." Ellich took his glass, and then a sip. It was pretty good. "Nice tea considering it wasn't made from scratch."

"What do you want, leaves? C'mon..." Linx gave Ellich an odd look while taking the bag from his tea and carelessly tossing it into the sink so it could dry out before he disposed of it. He spoke before taking a sip. "You know, you should take the bag out before you... Start drinking it..."
